Point of Sale Properties has been operating as a property agency for almost 5 years. We have specialised in property in the Midrand area. At first, we started specialising in the sale of development land and then moved onto the residential resale market 2 years ago, as well.

The Point of Sale team in Midrand's strength lies in the fact that all the agents have lived in Midrand for over 20 years, thereby proving that they are area experts. The Principal is Gail Sargeant and the Midrand area agents are Marie Risk and Meriel May. All three are qualified estate agents and are dedicated to working hard and with integrity.

Point Of Sale recently opened a branch in Walkerville. This is headed up by Sharone Eberhardt, who is also a qualified estate agent who has lived in Walkerville for many years and is well known in the area. She sells development land as well as residential homes.
